Mills pledged to run a vigorous campaign to win the election. “My fundraising has begun and I am committed to raising whatever it takes to run a successful campaign,” Mills remarked. “I will work hard each and every day to meet people, listen to their concerns and share my conservative vision for Onslow County. I will be their effective conservative voice in Raleigh.”
